I was born in Podgorica, Montenegro, into the distinguished Obradović family, where education, integrity, and a sense of measure were deeply valued. This background shaped my professional approach: calm, precise, and focused on substance.
I graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica and later obtained a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, under the pre-Bologna academic system, which provided a rigorous and analytical education.
I advise boards of directors, senior management, and regulators on matters where regulatory, financial, and governance risks intersect. My work focuses on complex and high-risk environments, where clarity of judgment, discretion, and strategic thinking are essential.
I began my professional career at the Tax Administration of Montenegro and continued through my work on the USAID/BearingPoint international tax policy reform project in Montenegro, serving as a tax advisor with direct involvement in drafting the first modern tax laws and establishing the regulatory framework. This experience enabled me to understand systems at their source, accurately and without oversimplification.
I continued my corporate career at Crnogorski Telekom, where I established the compliance function, developing an approach that combines discipline, structure, and business intuition. I also hold a fraud investigation certificate from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
At the international level, I worked with the World Bank on the reform of Montenegro’s pension system, and I continue to cooperate with the World Bank on the analysis of the regulatory and business environment, with an ongoing contribution to the B-READY initiative, as well as other international projects.
I served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee of the Central Clearing Depository Company, acting in accordance with the highest standards of corporate governance.
I am the author of numerous professional articles and analyses.
